Bondcroft Project Services was founded by two construction and development professionals who spent their careers inside general contractors, developers, and owners' organizations. Our core differentiator is perspective. We've sat on the owner's side, the developer side, and the general contractor side of the table. That fluency directly benefits government and institutional clients during procurement, contract negotiation, constructability review, and risk identification.

We apply this experience as an extension of the owner's team, accountable for outcomes from feasibility through closeout. We understand the accountability public and institutional owners carry, and we structure our work to support it.
