President / Principal

Chris brings 15 years of experience spanning general contracting, commercial development, and owner's project management. Having worked as a construction manager, preconstruction lead, and development director, he understands how decisions made early in a project ripple through to budget and delivery. He has managed preconstruction and delivery on projects totaling over $1 billion across several asset classes.

Before co-founding Bondcroft, he oversaw data center campus acquisitions across Northern Virginia at STACK Infrastructure, managed trophy high-rise development at Skanska, and led preconstruction efforts at John Moriarty and Associates. He holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.

Chapin Jacob

EVP / Principal

Chapin brings over 20 years of experience in construction management and project delivery across life sciences, institutional, defense, and mission-critical sectors. He has delivered projects exceeding $750 million, from ICD 705/TEMPEST-accredited SCIFs to complex research and development facilities, translating technical nuance into clear, actionable direction from conception through turnover.

Before co-founding Bondcroft, he held senior roles at John Moriarty & Associates and National Development. He is known for assembling and leading high-performing project teams, pairing cost discipline with a collaborative approach that keeps owners, designers, and trade partners aligned from preconstruction through turnover.
