Phase 01

Planning & Feasibility

Phase 02

Design & Preconstruction

Design team selection, A/E coordination, budget reconciliation, constructability review, and procurement strategy. We price every scope item, review drawings for constructability, and structure bid packages to protect your budget.

Phase 03

Construction Oversight

Progress and quality monitoring, change order management, critical path schedule tracking, RFI/submittal oversight, and stakeholder reporting. We see a project through all critical milestones and remain available throughout construction.

Phase 04

Risk, Controls & Closeout

Budget tracking, contingency management, commissioning coordination, punch list management, and occupancy transition. We reconcile costs, coordinate commissioning, and document deliverables through final closeout.
